relyo /rɪˈlaɪ.oʊ/ – from “rely”

Enter support code

The person you are helping taps “Support” in their app or on the website and reads you the code. You see their screen live and show them what to do.

Connects automatically after 6 digits. Spaces don’t matter. Where do I find the code?

How it works

  1. User taps “Support”

On websites usually in the footer, in apps in the settings. Relyo shows a 6-digit code, valid for 10 minutes.

  2. User reads the code

On the phone or in a chat. You enter it above, the user shares their screen on their device.

  3. You see it live and help

You see what the user sees, point and draw. Remote control only works after a second consent.

Features

  • Live view

The screen appears right in your browser. Nothing to install.

  • Point and draw

Pointer, arrows, circles and freehand appear on the user’s screen as an overlay and fade out after a few seconds.

  • Control with a second consent

Click, type and scroll only once the user allows it. A click or tap of their own ends remote control at once.

Web and Flutter

Websites

One <script> and a “Support” link, no framework needed. The browser tab is mirrored as DOM, not streamed as video.

Flutter apps

One package for iOS, Android and Flutter web. RelyoRedact masks sensitive views, password fields are masked automatically.

Available once the repository is published.

Privacy by design

The user stays in control, sensitive data never leaves their device.

  • Consent first

No screen data is sent before the user shares it on their device. A bar shows the whole time that the screen is shared; one click ends the session.

  • Masking on the device

Passwords, email and phone fields, payment data and everything marked .relyo-redact are masked before any data leaves the device.

  • No recording

Screen content is only sent live and never stored. Only the events of a session are logged.

For developers

One script and a “Support” link are all your website needs. Guides for web and Flutter and copyable prompts for coding agents are coming to the documentation.
